I have used this product for years and love the product. The last order I received the dispencing lid does not work properly. I have to unscrew the entire lid to get to the product. That isn't good as it contaminates the rest of the cream. I am v
The dispenser on my last order doesn't work! RE: Hi Trish. I am sorry that your dispenser is not working for you. I know that I have to sometimes open mine up and stir it, then prime the pump to get it started again. The natural ingredients have a tendency to settle, making it harder for the pump to work. We did begin using the pump for sanitary purposes to avoid any cross contamination issues. I hope this helps. Please call our office if you still have problems and we can get a new pump out for you.
