Nourishing Eye Cream

I love your Nourishing Eye Cream, but was very disappointed in the container. First, there was barely any product in it! Second, I tried pumping it several times and nothing came out so I set container upside down so cream would run into the lid and still nothing would pump out. Third, the container is deceiving in its design because it appears that you’re getting more product than is actually in it, which for the price, was very disappointing. Fourth, to use the product I have to take the lid off and dip my finger into the cream to apply it. I felt like there was easier access and almost more cream in the sample you sent me. Please, just make it simple and put cream in a larger jar like your sample jar type. I would love a sample of your Jasmine cream. Thank you. RE: Hi Debra, I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the Nourishing Eye Cream container. We went to the dispenser system for people that were concerned with contamination. It does settle a bit at times and would need to be stirred and primed, then should work. There actually is quite a bit more in this than the sample size- we put a minimum of what is on the label (1/2 oz). Our sample containers will hold a max of .25 oz & we typically have this a bit over half full. We do offer a larger size of nourishing eye cream in a regular jar, but it is much larger - 4 oz, which is a lot (8 times the size). I love the nourishing eye cream as well. I use the larger size, because I use it for more than my eyes and go through it faster. It only has a 2 yr shelf life, so most people wouldn't use that much of it. We would be glad to send a jasmine sample if you request it with your next order. We appreciate your business.

I like this so much that I use it on more than just my under eye area. I love the scent. I do not like the pump type container though. It works fine at first until the lotion gets too low - Poor design on that packaging but I will order this again, definitely! My friend asked me what I use because I am glowing, according to her. You are able to unscrew the top and use as a normal jar as well. We still have one in a regular jar, but it is 4 oz (8 times the amount). I use the larger size, because I use quite a bit of it myself (LOVE the smell and feel). But it only has a 2 yr shelf life, so not the best choice for everyone. For the sensitive tender skin around the eyes this cream is so excellent. The perfect cream for my sensitive eyes.

The dispenser on my last order doesn't work! RE: Hi Trish. I am sorry that your dispenser is not working for you. I know that I have to sometimes open mine up and stir it, then prime the pump to get it started again. The natural ingredients have a tendency to settle, making it harder for the pump to work. We did begin using the pump for sanitary purposes to avoid any cross contamination issues. I hope this helps. Please call our office if you still have problems and we can get a new pump out for you.
