Natural Ingredients: Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Leaf Gel, Beeswax, Emu Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Oil, Menthol, Arnica Montana Flower, Gaultheria Procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Leucadendron Cajaputi (Cajeput) Oil, Mixed Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Capsicum Frutescens Resin, Xanthan Gum.
Directions for Use: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Massage into area until thoroughly absorbed. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.
Warning: For external use only. Do not use on wounds, damaged skin or with heat.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not bandage tightly.

Hot Spice and Ice
My husband had four toes amputated on one foot as the result of blood clots and diabetes. He states that of all the items he has used only the Hot Spice Emu ointment gives him relief . He is 82 and it has taken several years to get him to try these products but now he sees the difference in his dogs life and his. How thankful we are to have a product that is made with integrity and delivers pain relief!

Helps relief pain
I have enjoyed using the sample that I got on my left shoulder. I am not sure what happened to it a year ago but using the Hot Spice and Ice has helped. I have put it on when I go to bed. I am looking forward to getting a larger jar so I can put it on during the day. I can tell when it wears off that I need to put more on.
