Natural Ingredients: Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Leaf Gel, Beeswax, Emu Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Oil, Menthol, Arnica Montana Flower, Gaultheria Procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Leucadendron Cajaputi (Cajeput) Oil, Mixed Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Capsicum Frutescens Resin, Xanthan Gum.
Directions for Use: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Massage into area until thoroughly absorbed. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.
Warning: For external use only. Do not use on wounds, damaged skin or with heat.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not bandage tightly.

This soothing rub relieves pain in my hands while leaving them moisturized. It also works well on sore knees. An the mild scent doesn't smell medicinal.

Emuplus is the best natural remedy my husband and I found for muscle and joint discomfort. We've tried everything and experienced little relief.

My husband had four toes amputated on one foot as the result of blood clots and diabetes. He states that of all the items he has used only the Hot Spice Emu ointment gives him relief . Helps relief pain
I have enjoyed using the sample that I got on my left shoulder. I am not sure what happened to it a year ago but using the Hot Spice and Ice has helped. I have put it on when I go to bed. I am looking forward to getting a larger jar so I can put it on during the day. I can tell when it wears off that I need to put more on.
