Seems to Really Helps Me Digest Grainy Carbohydrates
I have an un-diagnosed issue with gluten. It seems to cause bloating and IBS-like symptoms. When I take en'zym, it seems like those adverse reactions (when I can't say no to bread or pasta) are less severe or non-existent. Even when I stay away from grains, this product seems to help my body digest my food more thoroughly and my food moves through my digestive tract at a more normal pace. I seem to be more regular with more normal elimination.

Most Effective Digestive Enzymes!
Have used these enzymes for a few years now and find them to be the most effective that I have tried. I take them after eating rich, heavy foods and they prevent the drag feeling I usually get without them. Great quality and price!!
